Taste of the Town Greece Community Festival
This year’s event will be free to attend and open to the public.
As this is our pilot year, we are keeping the format simple and accessible while creating an opportunity for local restaurants, food vendors, businesses, nonprofits, and community partners to be part of a fun community gathering at the Greece Town Hall Pavilion.

Join us for the Taste of the Town Pilot Kickoff, a free community event celebrating local food, businesses, and community connection at the Greece Town Hall Pavilion.
Vendor setup details and arrival instructions will be shared with participating vendors prior to the event.

Admission: Free and open to the public. Vendor / Participation Fees Tasting-Only Food Vendor or Restaurant — Free Food Truck / Mobile Food Vendor Selling Space — $75 Chamber Member Business Vendor Booth — $100 Non-Member Business Vendor Booth — $250 Qualified Nonprofit Booth — Free with Approval Sponsorship Opportunities Presenting Sponsor — $7,500 Community Sponsor — $3,000 DJ Sponsor — $1,500 Supporting Sponsor — $750 Taste of the Town Passport/Card Sponsor — SOLD Goodie Bag Sponsor — SOLD Raffle / Gift Card Donations — In-Kind Support Welcome Space is limited. Vendor placement will be coordinated based on participation type, setup needs, event layout, and Town requirements.
For restaurants, bakeries, cafés, caterers, beverage vendors, or specialty food providers offering complimentary tastings only.
For food trucks, trailers, carts, or mobile food vendors selling food or beverages during the event. This is the 2026 pilot/kickoff food vendor rate.
For Greece Regional Chamber member businesses reserving a 10’ x 10’ booth to showcase their products, services, or organization.
For non-member businesses reserving a 10’ x 10’ booth to showcase their products, services, or organization.
For approved nonprofit and community organizations participating as a resource, activity, or community information booth.
Limited to 1 sponsor. Includes exclusive recognition on event advertising, communications, and signage; two 10’ x 10’ premium spaces; and a 2–3 minute speaking opportunity.
Limited to 4 sponsors. Includes large logo placement and recognition as a Community Sponsor on event signage, plus table space in the Business Village.
Limited to 3 sponsors. Includes recognition near the DJ/stage area and table space in the Business Village.
Multiple sponsorships available. Includes recognition on event signage and table space in the Business Village.
Sponsor provides 500 Taste of the Town Passport/Cards. Sponsor logo will be placed on the card.
Sponsor provides 500 event goodie bags with sponsor logo on one side and Taste of the Town logo on the other.
Businesses may donate a gift card, product, service, or raffle item to support the event and receive donor recognition.
