Check-in at the desk when you arrive. We require ID! Please be sure to bring it! 

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!
Registration is required to guarantee your reservation. If you cannot reserve online, please call the studio during office hours (12 - 5 p.m. Tuesday - Friday) 585-623-8979. We plan staffing and supplies accordingly, and cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins.  A successful reservation receives a confirmation email immediately.  

ARRIVE 1/2 hour before we paint! It’s your Happy Half-Hour! 
We will begin painting on time (5 PM)! Please arrive with plenty of time to get settled before painting begins! Late arrivals disrupt class, other guests and the instructor. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate observers, walk in guests, or infants in this event.

ALCOHOL POLICY: BYOB - Stop at our INSPIRATION STATION for assistance in uncorking or opening your bottle! You must be 21 and be able to prove it to consume alcohol in our establishment. No liquor, no High Noon or other liquor-based pre-mixed cocktails or seltzers

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your spot, please let us know as soon as possible. We plan staffing and supplies accordingly and a heads-up is greatly appreciated!
