The Victors Gymnastics is seeking an experienced self-motivated and enthusiastic competitive Gymnastics Team Coach to join our team. The Victors Gymnastics provides outstanding gymnastics instruction for children of all ages in a Kid-Safe, Family-Friendly environment and has been lifting kids up to excellence since 1999.

Role Description:
We are looking for key individuals who are reliable, have great leadership and communication skills, and who will continue developing our team programs in a positive direction.
In this role as a Gymnastics Team Coach, you will instruct and develop gymnasts while inspiring them to grow both in and out of the gym. You will play a key role in developing gymnasts’ confidence and skills.


 
Key Responsibilities:

• Attend and supervise athletes during local and out-of-town competitions
• Maintain clear communication with athletes, parents, and Victor’s staff
• Ensure a kid-safe, family-friendly environment
• Uphold and enforce gym policies
• Help increase student enrollment and retention

• Strong background in Competitive Gymnastics
• Ability to spot skills to ensure athlete safety
• Excellent Communication skills
• Spotting of gymnastics skills for USAG
• Energetic, committed to athletes, and team oriented
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to attend training sessions, and willing to adapt as necessary

• Afternoon shifts
• Evening shifts
• Weekend shifts
