This session will help you take a closer look at what those priorities are and explore the tools that can help you to "Balance your Priorities."

This session will require participation from everyone present, and will involve identifying individual and institutional blocks that cause chaos in your day to day activities. So even if you are not a "Boss or Project Manager" you can benefit from this training to improve the team around you.

Bring an open mind and be prepared for at least a few "Aha moments."
