The Trinity Assistance Board of Directors, Staff, volunteers and our clients and their families requests the honor of your presence on January 30th at 2PM for the open house of the Trinity Assistance Putting People First Respite Center, a nursing facility for special needs individuals who have complex and serious medical conditions.
We are proud to introduce this innovative, comprehensive, and secure program for our clients. It is the only one available in New York State.
