Planet Fitness Kicks Off Community Partnership with Food Drive to Support Boys & Girls Clubs of Rochester

GREECE, NY (MARCH 18, 2024) – Planet Fitness, one of the largest and fastest-growing franchisors and operators of fitness centers with more members than any other fitness brand, will celebrate the grand opening of its new club in Greece, New York on March 20.

A grand total of $2.7 million was invested into the 12,000 sq. ft. club, located at 2833 W Ridge Road. The new state-of-the-art facility is equipped with cardio machines and strength equipment, 30-Minute Express Circuit, numerous flat screen televisions, locker rooms with day lockers and showers, and more.

Greece Councilmembers Bill Murphy and Michael Bloomer will be on site to celebrate the reopening. Planet Fitness will also be teaming with their community partner, the Boys & Girls Club of Rochester, to collect canned goods and shelf-stable items at the event to be donated to clubs around the area. There will also be light refreshments for visitors and giveaways, including the chance to win a free one-year PF Black Card® membership, along with Planet Fitness swag!
