The Town of Greece is one of the largest towns in New York State encompassing more than 42 square miles and 7 geographic sectors for police service (GPD Sector Map). Our agency is a New York State Accredited Police Department comprised of 100 sworn officers. We are also well supported by a dynamic team of nearly 20 civilian staff members. The sworn men and women of Greece PD are highly trained law enforcement professionals who are deeply committed to serving the residents of the Town of Greece. In cooperation and with full support from Town leadership, our mission is to protect, lead, and empower all citizens of Greece in every aspect of policing.
