Announce Plans for The Gardens at Greece Town Center

Home Leasing, LLC and Edgemere Development, Inc. announced plans for a Ground Breaking Ceremony at their new site located at 100 Greece Center Drive, located off of Latta and Long Pond Road. The Ground Breaking ceremony will commence on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at 10:00AM. Parking is available at the Wegmans directly across from the site which is located at 3177 Latta Road. Buses will be available to shuttle guests to and from the ceremony. Please arrive early.

This project will be called The Gardens at Greece Town Center and is planned to provide 176 brand new one and two bedroom apartment/homes that will provide the latest in conveniences for seniors 55 years and older. The Gardens is located in a quiet peaceful wooded area with all the conveniences of being located at the center of town. It is next to sawyer Park, across the street from Wegmans, 3 blocks from the Greece Senior Center and next to Aldis and the YMCA.
