St. Joseph’s Villa Announces Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Harmony Place
Ribbon cutting ceremonies are planned for 1:00pm on Friday, October 23, 2009 for Harmony Place - the Villa’s new Adolescent Eating Disorders Residential Treatment Program.
Harmony Place is the first program in New York State to provide residential treatment exclusively for adolescents struggling with eating disorders.
Located on a peaceful, suburban campus in Rochester, NY, Harmony Place provides treatment and support for up to eight girls and boys, ages 12 to 17, who have had chronic difficulty maintaining recovery through outpatient programs.
A highly structured environment, clinically proven approaches, and a caring, specialized staff help teens regain stability over their illness while at the same time empowering families with the skills and understanding to help their child achieve long-term recovery at home.
Clients benefit from the collaborative expertise of St. Joseph’s Villa, an agency with nearly 70 years experience working with kids and families in crisis.
