In this 60 minute virtual presentation inspirational leader Coach Jim Johnson will open the presentation by sharing 4 keys to build a consistent winning teams for 3 decades. The 4 keys are Building Trust, Effective Communication, Getting all involved, and measurement for team success. In the second half of the presentation, Coach will share 5 keys for developing a powerful presentation that he has used as a professional speaker for over a decade. Those five keys are: How to start your presentation, how to prepare for your talk, how to use eye contact, how to develop content (agenda) for your presentation, and how to have a powerful close.
