Be sure to notify us when you register for the hike whether you will need snowshoes, or if you will bring your own. Snowshoes provided by Fleet Feet Sports will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

On this one-hour hike with naturalist Nellie Gardner, you will see a variety of habitats, from first and second growth young forest areas to ravines and very large, old trees. Nellie is the horticulturist at the FLW Darwin Martin House in Buffalo and the owner of Flower Fields in Spencerport. She has spent her life understanding the natural world and will convey her plant knowledge along the trail. Come join us for a great hike and a better understanding of the habitats and ecosystems that are all around us.
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the tour to sign in.
