\nThe Barnard Fire Department is pleased to announce Bands at Barnard. This new event will consist of several local bands performing at the Barnard Carnival Grounds throughout the summer. There will be a five dollar donation at the gate and ALL proceeds will go to the Barnard Fire Department. NO ONE under the age of 21 will be admitted.
